This is the worst machine, it arrived to me damaged and missing parts. The overall design is horrible, the mix cooks in the hopper right over the hot oil. Hopper is very difficult to remove especially when it is hot. After several conversations with them via email (no way to call anyone) they offered to refund less than half the cost of the machine and I keep it. I wanted a full refund, the only other thing they offered was a new machine, which I do not want, not this model atleast. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

I was hoping for another dount machine to go with My T101 single roll donut machine and found this one but I was very disappointed as the machine did not work as sould ,unfortunately they would not return it and offered partial refund now with the machine with me , I have already got another single roll machine and very happy with it. , vevor has many good products I've purchased from Amazon and this is the first one I have had a problem. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.

This machine was a complete mess. Starting with the donut mix coming out misshaped with ni hole in the middle. The flipper doesn't work to evening turn the misshape dough, so it only cooks on one side. It has become a headache trying to return to company and I am still within the 30 days return window. They will keep asking for pictures, then videos and still wont allow me to return. I have gotten other items from this company and they worked fine. But stay away from these donut machines....

I've tried to run this machine but the donuts go the opposite way and it Jams up everywhere and floods

I would not recommend AT ALL. Came with missing parts. Other parts are either bent, or mismanufactured. This machine is worthless to me at this point. I could have lit 850 bucks on fire and it been more useful. Maybe this was a one off, but I couldn’t be less pleased

DONT WORK!!!!!! The motors to flip and release the donuts don’t work. Just makes a jam up noise…. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ITS BEEN A WHOLE WEEK TRYING TO GET A REFUND OR AT LEAST A REPLACEMENT and the ticket is still open! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! Basically got scammed for 700$ but vevor!!!!!!
