Love how easy this is to use. It cuts very nicely, everything. Tomatoes, pickles, cheese, meat, raw meat, onion....thin is great.

Had a bigger industrial slicer. This is a great size and slices just as good. Had to sharpen the blade first, which is easy to do once you figure it out, directions don’t help much. Sharpen with the stone BEHIND the blade, you may have to adjust the sharpener by lifting it before you tighten it. Use front stone, for a few seconds, to remove burs. Cleaning the entire unit, including removing the blade, takes about 15 minutes from start to finish.Update: Mostly use for slicing jerky. I do not partially freeze it and this machine cuts through nicely. Slicing items a little thicker is easy to do. Slicing paper thin is a task many slicers cannot handle. I was so pleasantly surprised that this slicer did such a wonderful job that I had to post a picture of the ham slices.

Used the slicer several times and it is safe and easy to use. The slicer is larger than I expected, but isn't too cumbersome to use and store.

Great quality and price. We love it . The suggestion would be to provide the Allen wrench needed . Instructions were very limited had to resort to utube . But the price was a great value.

this machine surpassed my expectations, is very easy to use and clean

Used this now for slicing cured sausages and am very happy with the results - easy slice and feed with very clean cuts. The machine was a replacement for a home-kitchen slicer that was not up to the job - this may be halfway house to a full size commercial slicer but is brilliant and light years ahead of my previous machine.

I am so impressed with the quality of this slicer it is amazing! I read the reiews of this one and all of the similar 10" slicers and decided this one was worth a shot. I am amazed!!! You must buy the cut resistant gloves because you don't stand a chance trying to clean or handle the blade on this, don't even think about skimping out on the gloves. you will regret it. If you have read the reviews and saw this unit was tough to clean because you had to remove 3 screws for the blade to come off, it is no big deal, they require a 5/32 allen or "hex key wrench" (not included) and most slicers blades are mounted the same way, except for the cheap junky low rpm crap, with the serrated blades that shread your meat rather than slice it. This is an industrial grade slicer at an amazing price. Tried it on an eye of round roast and it cut paper thin slices that where thinner than Arby's and our sanwiches were amazing! I have only used this once but it seems like its built like a tank and will last a long time. I will update my review if my opinion changes, but I couldn't be more impressed after my first use.
