You cannot trust the description of this item. You won't be making baby food with it. I got 12" one and 12" only refers to the want. The unit is so large and heavy it would take two hands and a lot of muscle to wield this product anywhere near something liquid. But that is not the worst part because the unit may perform just fine under the right circumstances. The worst part is there is not return policy because it comes from far, far away if you know what I mean. They are forcing me to keep it even though it has never been out of the box and I have no use for a unit this large. I was prepared to return it same day received. At 160.00 dollars, I cannot afford to just throw it away.

I have purchased 2 of these blender and both of them prematurely worn out parts. I have reached out customer care and offered me $13 . I paid $189 and $140. I do not recommend anyone Vevor products , cheap quality products , rather spend more on good quality products

This blender is massive, and it still makes loud noises. Before purchasing anything from this website, please check the size, shape, or weight. The website’s exchange and refund process is cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a hassle. Their customer service is terrible; they don’t solve your problems and try to avoid them. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.

I would not recommend vevor products. I received a non working product and you can not get a hold of customer . They offer no customer service phone number — only email support. After weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, they finally suggested I return it through FedEx. I hired a shipping company to transport the heavy refrigerator to a FedEx location, only for FedEx to refuse it because they don’t handle large shipments. Vevor has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and money — do not buy from them.

Achtung! Es handelt sich hier entgegen der Beschreibung nicht um eine Eiche Arbeitsplatte! Wer eine Eiche Platte haben will sollte sich einen anderen Hersteller suchen der in der Lage ist, die korrekte Holzart zu kennen und! zu liefern. Ansonsten ist das Material des Gestells absolut in Ordnung für den Preis.

I accidentally ordered 2 and the larger one. Customer service was very helpful. Having used the larger version now it works great if you can lift it. But great product.

La batidora tiene bastante fuerza y si pica todo tipo de alimento, el unico inconveniente es que como este funcionando un rato, se calienta. Tienes q ir parando y enciendo la batidora para que no se caliente el motor, lo bueno es que pica todo lo que quieras

It’s an okay immersion blender. Not as well built as a robo coupe but the price difference is significant. One thing that I do not like, is the smell of plastic when ever it’s used. Smells like China. If that makes sense.
