How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Claudia Potentissimo, solido e pesante
16 inch 8000-20000RPM
Lo utilizzo regolarmente in cucina professionale, è molto potente e facile da pulire. Ma per me è pesantissimo e difficile da maneggiare come altri delle stesse potenze.

Bought in March 2026 and it stopped working in June 2026. The shaft was getting hot. I reached out to the company and a few communication and they sent me a new one. I give an A to the customer service. Still so so with the produce.
