As good as it’s looks I bought it for fast food restaurant use works as it supposed to perfect for pressing shawarma and Donairs I would definitely recommend this.

I purchased this because the ones with detachable plates do not work very well. When you place items on them, the temp lowers and takes forever to return. I was going to buy an expensive professional one, but found this one on sale at VEVOR and it is much better than the detachable place ones. However, because the plates do not come off, cleaning it is a bit harder, but not that bad. There is a drip tray in the front that should be attached better as it just sits there and can fall off when cleaning. Possibly magnetize or use a small clip to hold it in place? Other than that, I am very pleased with it. It has hotter settings and holds heat when items are placed on it.
