Garbage. One side didn't work right out of the box. They wanted me to be excited that they would send me a replacement thermostat to install. Needless to say I asked for my money back.

Warranty is 100% a scam, they claim to have contacted you with a screenshot with a generic message about product support that d\never makes it to the inbox, spam, or junk folder. Not worth it.

Before purchasing anything from this website, please ensure you check the size, shape, or weight of the product. The website’s exchange and refund process is incredibly cumbersome, and contacting customer service is a real hassle. Their customer service is absolutely terrible; they don’t solve your problems and instead try to avoid them. To top it off, I’m constantly bombarded with spam emails from the website. This is my first time reviewing a product or service, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.

WARNING: There warranty department is awful and will not fulfill any request. its been more than 2 week with a half broken grill we bought in February. The support chat is AI and do not uphold their end of the warranty.

The top plates DO NOT stay up when heated/ which makes it very difficult to use. Haven’t even had this a month yet, and wish I didn’t have so much trouble with it. Also the plastic wrap was very hard to get off, so it looks horrible .

The description and size of the unit does not reflect what we recieved. The actual cooking size is much smaller then described and it is very difficult to get it to grill flat on the top of the item unless only one flat topped item is on the grill at a time. If not the upper unit tils front or back and only sits on a portion of the product.

I bought this panini press for my business, and it didn't last even a month; it is useless.

We bought this grill almost 3 weeks ago and initially it was not received to our given address of cafe when I chased them they said it was a wrong address? Doesn’t make sense that your website accepted the order took payment and after one week your team is saying that the address was wrong ? Money refunded . I placed order again in my Canadian home address and it came with a big hole in delivery while missing a rivet . When I approached no one wants to talk and telling me to check the box as it can’t be missing . Despite sending all pictures no one taking ownership. Not sure what if the product will fail in a year time no guarantees that someone will talk to you or fix the warranty issue. Be aware and mindful that no one in management is available to talk and show empathy. So you are on your own after the product purchase .
