Wicked tool for onions, mushrooms. Super easy to clean, very efficient tool for prep. One of the screws is a bit loose after the first 2 weeks of use, but it_ easy enough to tighten! Highly recommend this tool for any caf/ restaurant!

I love this. I done cut over 200lb of onions with this in the last few weeks. Fast and easy to use. How ever when cleaning it food like to stick under it where its grove in like a bubble. Ex min to clean still pretty easy to clean. Just be careful not to cut yourself when cleaning. Blades are very sharp. Done cut myself 2 times while cleaning it but never when being use.

It is so a wonderful to dice with! Fast easy and durable!
