Wicked tool for onions, mushrooms. Super easy to clean, very efficient tool for prep. One of the screws is a bit loose after the first 2 weeks of use, but it’s easy enough to tighten! Highly recommend this tool for any café/ restaurant!
After purchasing the plastic dicer I was a little Skeptical. After using this I’m very happy with the commerical version. I dice vegetables for almost every meal and this thing saves me loads of time. Perfect size veggies to. Little difficult to clean but still worth it.
It’s really Good. Easy to use and wash just need a brush and you’re set. Is good price. I was hesitating On getting it bc I thought it would be cheap or something but no!! Is great!!
This chopper is very sturdy and well built. We use it to chop pans of onions every day in our restaurant. It creates a nice consistent dice in 1/2 the time. We would like to buy an extra set of blades so we would have one set for slicing and one set for dicing.
