TERRIBLE ITEM, TERRIBLE SERVICE. VEVOR WANTED ME TO UPLOAD A MOVIE OF THE PROBLEM AND WITHOUT IT REFUSED TO ASSIST. ALWAYS THOUGHT THE WORLD OF THIS COMPANY UNTIL THIS TRAGIC EXPERIENCE. SADNESS.

My wife uses this machine more than I do. She's tge sewist. I'll let her type: I absolutely cannot make the automatic needle threader work. And it's difficult to thread the needle manually, even though there's a little white patch behind the eye of the needle. And it comes unthreaded more times than I care to mention, for no good reason. I used to look forward to sewing. Now I'm apprehensive

The machine I received stopped working in less than 2 months. I have been trying to get the issue resolved with the support team but no response. Really disappointed with the product and the support team who has not been able to resolve the issue. You cannot even reach the customer care. I hope they look at this review and atleast try to resolve.

Complete garbage! Do not buy! And customer service is awful. At this point they have not let me return it! I am pissed!!!!

Good little mini, straight stitches, doesn't replace a regular machine for me. Most awkward piece, the pedal is so lightweight it doesn't lay on the floor and I had to use it on the table top with my hand. Kind of awkward. But I appreciate the straight stitches and was able to do my repair job.

I put sewing machines though hard test. I knew what I was getting but I wanted something portable with a large flat surface for my art. I made necessary adjustments and it worked well until the timing got knocked out. I was able to fix the timing but that left me with no way to adjust the stitch length or reverse. Once you open the machine there's no way to line your ABCD button up properly and for it to continue to work. I do not recommend this as a beginner friendly machine.

Bought as gift for my grand daughter to learn to sew. Never gave it to her because the bobbin winder on it doesn't work.
