Bought this sewing machine to hem some khaki pants. Its fine on the folded over fabric, but one you hit a seem the machine gets knocked out of alignment.

This machine does not work from the box. it keeps cutting the thread at the needle and I have had to thread that needle over a dozen times. As well, the power button has to bee off to use the light and pedal. If power is on "I" the pedal doesn't work but when i push the light button it goes on. If the power is on "II" same thing happens.

Not working at all and the threads are messy like someone used it before and the customer services is terrible they are not helping and very late responses i really regret buying it fron i here i wish i had invested in better brand with better after services

Trash. Literally threw it in the trash..
I had high hopes, arrived with the practice piece of fabric already set up. Watched couple YouTube videos. Followed directions. Got couple inches, tears thread. Also no speed control. Trying by hand it still binds. Continues to tear thread and bind up. Thought it maybe me so put it the corner few months. Had someone else with experience give it a shot and same thing. Now it's in the trash.
