DONT BUY - No batteries available for these

DONT BUY - Vevor does not provide batteries for these. Vevor does not answer questions about battery compatibility. Or, where I could buy a battery. Apparently, not all Vevor 20 Volt tools use the same battery! I have another Vevor 20 Volt tool and that battery does not fit this.

Horrible Customer Service
Bought this with another Vevor 20v battery tool thinking the batteries would be interchangeable. They weren't. One low capacity battery for a tool is not workable (they don't sell extras). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A HUGE RUN-AROUND. If you need help, forget about it.

I received this oscillating tool and the outer box was covered in engine oil or some type of brown liquid. I don't know what it is but it seems very unacceptable to me.

Tool stopped working the first day. I didn't even use it for 5 min before the head came loose and now only vibrates when no pressure is on the blade. Also the battery is different than to other vevor tools I have so I couldn't swap batters or even use the same charger.

The power is not there. Don’t expect to do heavy duty work with it. In the end you get what you pay for. The frustration is with the Vevor costumer service who can’t help you with anything when it comes to figuring out batteries and chargers needed for the cordless tools.
