Ordered heater for installation in garage workshop. Package came fast, in good condition. All parts were included, as described. Setup is in essence fairly easy, but unfortunately the setup requires research on YouTube. This is because the manual (which includes "instructions" for several types of LCD controllers) is very hard to understand (English language issues), the printed symbols that are supposed to guide the reader are unintelligeble due to printing issues, and it contains some out-right errors in the button codes. When the correct setup (based on YouTube guidance) is performed, the heater works very well.

Great little heater iv installed it into my house with a longer pipe through the wall. The only downside is the exhaust doesn't sit under the machine you need to raise it off the floor to get the clearance. Other plus side is it can run on heating oil "kerosene" much cheaper than deisel doesn't burn as hot but iv run is 24hrs straight perfectly no issues. I have run it for 2 months now and have made it to take 20 liter drums as the tank is quite small iv used approx 50 litres over 2 months running 7/8hrs a day everyday very efficient highly recommended

Very fast delivery! The claimed power is not real. The device does not produce 8 kW of power, but at best 4 kW:-( The remote control doesn't work, but it doesn't matter. I have not have chance to fit the heater as I purchased for a project over Xmas. The delivery was quick with no damage. The only negative comment is that there are 2kW and 8kw heaters advertised on the site so by purchasing a 8 kw, I thought I was getting a bigger heater when the heat range us actually 2 to 8kw. So it appears no different to the 2kW heaters advertised. Vevor may be able to confirm this.

A really nice little heating system for very fast heating. It does use a bit of fuel at highest setting, but at high setting it's very fast and hot. I usually turn it down to level 2 or 3 after the room get's heated a bit.

Miserable manual, have to learn by Youtube. Very powerful heater, easy to use. Wiring,plastic and assembly poorly made but little fixing easy. Notice about remote : a REAL WAY to connect wireless remote - power on mode, press shortly power,and after that press and hold power down. Display shows : Hr1or something like that. Then press power up for remote, thats all. Manual is for old model, and it does not work for this display version. But after all, excellent heater for low price, absolutely worth of buying !

This is a great product. I'm using it every day . It warms my 22 x 18 studio very quickly. Only thing I would say is that you need a good power supply.
