1st one had issues but company quickly sent replacement.
It only lasted 7 months and then failed however the company was great and immediately sent me a replacement. I didn't even have to worry about sending back the old one. The unit had issues but the company was quick to respond to my issue.

Well worth it, in the end it is now a superb heater!
This heater arrived a week before it was due and was fitted the following day. On first inspection of what arrived, the package content (and there was lots of important bits and pieces) seemed complete, with the notable exception of a manual to fit it. This was not, initially, that important since I was replacing a Webasto heater and all the parts needed, such as fuel lines and mounting plates, were all installed already. However, later I discovered that I did in fact need the manual and the seller immediately supplied one by return e-mail.The actual installation was a relatively simple and uneventful task with everything just going where it was supposed to be and the heater was supplied with plenty of cabling to reach where it had to get to. The only real snag was the heater mounting bolts to the plate that holds it underneath. The new heater's mounting plate is much smaller than the old heater and since I had manage to leave my grinder at home, I had to be creative with a Dremel. On start up, the poor quality of the exhaust was exposed, not only was the pipe very thin, but due to the supplied worm drive clip (also rubbish) it did not correctly seal to the heater exhaust outlet and was damaged beyond use by the clip. Fortunately I was able to buy new clamps and an exhaust extension to fix the problem. On start up now the exhaust problem had gone and the heater ran very well, in fact it was so good I had to turn it off because it made the boat too warm, even with the doors and windows open! What had happened was the heater operated at full capacity and on reference to the manual I could not get to the part of the system that turned it down. I tried several times to get the heater to operate as it should culminating in the heater just producing thick clouds of smoke and refusing to do anything else. I contacted the supplier again and they offered a full refund at that point but since I had gone to all the trouble of installing it, I was not about to take it off again. The supplier, throughout this has been very helpful and constantly referred back to the manufacturers on many occasions, even at weekends, I have to say I have rarely received such commitment to service and product and it was really this that spurred both of us on to find the solution. The following weekend I decided to take the main fuse out, this reset the heater and once again it ran perfectly but with a noticeably noisy fuel pump. I was not concerned about the fuel pump and continued in my efforts to get the temperature down, The manual, which is worded in an interesting way, suggests that temperature control is effected when the heater is not running by reducing the fuel flow to the heater, the wording is "In a state of non-setting state" this does not work!It is only now, on reflection, do I realise that the phrase actually means "in operation"What does work is adjusting the oil flow when the heater is running and this is achieved by simply pressing the upward pointing triangle on t

Good value
I purchased this but was lost in transit. The seller sent out a new one which arrived quickly. I have bench tested it and it puts out a lot of heat. On to the permanent installation. Plan to put one in my shop plus one on a boat.

Warmth on a budget
Works great. Heats up my vintage 13 trailer very fast, and just barely sips on fuel. The install went fairly smoothly and the instructions were helpful. Just keep in mind they are slightly confusing at times and overlook some vital info but there are a lot of online resources for installing these things. For instance the flow direction on the fuel pump, installing the fuel outlet from the reservoir, etc. Includes all the necessary pieces and ties. So if you have a basic tool library with a 3 hole saw, a some pilot bits, and a sawzall, you_e set!

Great product a must on a boat
Once it_ installed via some YouTube tutorials on similar products it_ easy to install . It_ on my house boat it_ a wide beam and it heats it up great after it_ first warm up the diesel lasts a very long time. This machine I have run for over an hour on a leisure battery with no problem a lot of people on the internet don_ want parts and the product to go up in price so they give them a bad reputation to keep the price down. They easy run on a leisure battery and very light on red diesel ?. Just keep the battery topped up
