Can't order more keys

We ordered this gate for our business and it came with 3 keys that are not able to be copied. Our local locksmith said this key is not designed to be copied. Vevo said they can't get more keys and all they could do was further discount the gate. We'll have to take the lock off and figure out a different lock. Gate and mounts were fine. Just strange that you can't ever get more keys for this.
