The price was very good. Components were of good quality. Soft close feature is nice and work well. However the instructions were useless and it is difficult to open. This a design flaw because the cabinet attaches at the bottom and the cabinet handle is at the top since this a full height cabinet insert.

Not the best. Slides are difficult to slide after 2 months. Not impressed. Installation was challenging. Not enough clear instructions. Templates were not great.

it looks nice and has 50QT which is the most among other similar products. but the railings are so bad that they fails within 2 months. plus the door doesn't sit good with it.

The 35 quart pull out trashcan had a waste basket that did not take up the whole space that it could.. I think it could accommodate an I think it could accommodate a slightly larger trashcan. Also, two times now it has malfunctioned because the tensioner moves on the track and I have to move it back in order to be able to close the pull out.

I am happy with this product overall. I am upset that one of the cans was damaged in shipping, it had a crack in it. I contacted customer service, they asked questions and asked me to send a picture of the damaged can. I sent pictures and then never heard back from them.

I purchased this item and when it shipped I was told it was coming by On Track and they would provide tracking info. After several days I had to contact Vevor for that information. They responded but only indicated the item was on its way and no other details. When it did arrive there was considerable damage to one of the plastic trash cans and a crack in the other. I contacted them on their site to make a damage claim with a picture showing the damage. I had to submit this claim three times only to get an email that after 72 hours the claim would be marked as resolved. I never got a direct response to my claim to replace the damage items. I will not buy from Vevor in the future and will let others know that they do not stand behind what they sell.

I purchase solf close pullout trash can and they send me without solf close i send the email with the video of the issue and they take like 3 week for take action and return the item back i don't recommend the item

Very Poor Quality – Sliders Failed Quickly The overall quality of this VEVOR wood pullout trash can is very disappointing. Assembly was poorly done, and several of the small screws appeared stripped or busted during factory assembly. Once installed, the sliders shifted under normal load, causing the trash can to get stuck inside the cabinet. The sliders themselves are extremely low quality—hard to move, noisy, and not designed to support the weight they’re supposed to carry. The soft-close feature does not work at all; instead of gently closing, you have to push the unit hard just to get it to shut. Unfortunately, the packaging was destroyed during installation, so I was unable to return the product. I’m now forced to replace the sliders with a higher-quality brand just to make this usable, which defeats the purpose of buying a “ready-to-install” unit. I would not recommend this product unless you plan to replace the hardware immediately.
