The construction is somewhat flimsy however, this auger is no joke. It does what it is designed for quite well.

We have had this for a few months. Bought it to use while we waited for a general super vee. Surprisingly light. Solid enough. Nice self forwarding when clamped. Ideal for 1.5 inch abs/pvc. Not a super vee, but close.

Great product to replace one I had for years. Very similar, and happy to find it. Easy to use in my house.

Generally well made unit, used twice so far. Remove the black knob before using a power drill, or it's a knuckle buster. The feed grip is not very comfortable to use, but YMMV. Has 5/16" diam cable which is plus compared to 1/4".Gloves included are very poor but better than nothing perhaps. Considered the Rigid unit, but only has 1/4" cable.
