La máquina se le salí todo el cable y lo puedo enrollar nuevamente el cilindro salí volando no me fijé que le faltaba un tornillo

Machine arrived broken. It was a pain in the ass to be able to return. It took me a few weeks dealing with the terrible Customer Service. And I would be very surprised if this review ever makes it on their website.

Ne fonctionne pas , Le drum ne rembobine pas le câble / fish Utilisation : Utilisé une seule fois dans des conditions normales d’utilisation. Demandé un retour et remboursement depuis 3 jours aucune réponse du support à la clientèle. Il ne s’agit pas d’un retour de convenance. Il s’agit d’un problème de qualité / produit défectueux.Selon votre propre Politique de Retour & de Remboursement, les “Problèmes de qualité” font partie des raisons soutenant le retour gratuit, avec photos ou vidéos pour vérifier le problème. Nous avons fourni des photos et pouvons aussi fournir une vidéo montrant que le drum ne rembobine pas correctement le câble.

Does not re-reel

overall the machine did not meet my expectations. The cable is 100 feet that’s good But it’s thinner than the regular drain cleaner and it breaks easily. It got broken and repair is what everyone should avoid after buying anything new. Iam asl finding it challenging to return after breaking and disposing the box. I will rather pay more and get a machine that will work for me longer than buy cheap and fail to get your work done.

Hey Vevor I've had pretty good success with your products in the past, this one left me frustrated. Overall it looked good and ran as I anticipated except for one very important feature. This unit continually spun the auger cable back on itself within the drum. While this didn't stop the drum from rotating it stopped the forward progress of the auger. I had to return the auger cable back into the drum and take the unit outside and manually uncoil the cluster. Eventually I got my clog busted but the final retrieval wrapped itself again and I simple put it away. I'd like to resolve this so I can loan this to family and friends. The way it sits however renders it pretty useless.

Hello, I don’t take pleasure in writing this review, especially because I’ve had good experiences with Vevor in the past. However, my most recent purchase has been very frustrating. I ordered a drain snake that arrived damaged. I reported the issue to Vevor right away, but it has now been several weeks without any resolution. The only way I’ve been able to reach customer service is through email, and each time I’m told that someone will follow up—yet I haven’t received any response. At this point, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I’m simply looking for a resolution to this issue. Thank you. Kevin O’Mara

As a plumber, I have used many different sewer machines but this is one of the worst. The cable is too flexible and the drum doesn't have anything internally (like an internal cage) to prevent it from twisting on itself when you hit a solid blockage like tree roots. I ordered a replacement cable with this machine and both of them snagged and twisted on themselves. Within 3 service calls this machine was rendered unusable. Add to that the amount of time it took to get the snagged cable out 2+hours and this machine ended up costing me money. I literally had to go rent another sewer machine to finish a job. I don't recommend buying this unit!

Très déçu, car le cable s'est cassé au bout de 30 mn d utilisation SAV, décevant également, pas de réponse au bout de 48h

Si vous ne voulez pas perdre quasiment 400€ passer votre chemin. Machine arrivée endommagée, le service client fait la sourde oreille et me répond à côté du problème. À fuir absolument car en plus la machine ne me permet même pas de sortir les petites racines que j'avais dans une canalisation.
