It worked well. It cost me $1,000 to call a plumber! this saves a lot of money. while it is perfectly workable, it can be improved: 1. The power cord should be protected better. During my first use, the cord touched the belt, resulting in the insulation being completely worn, copper wires exposed. (Electrical shock hazard: if you are using it, make sure the wire is kept away from the belt!) 2. The drum should have drain ports. the snake brought some sewage water back into the drum during the operation. when I restarted the spin, the sewage water spilled everywhere. 3. it should come with a guiding coil, so users can guide the snake during the operation. It is very hard to keep the snake in place while it is twisting in your hand.

Putting the components together was a bit of a challenge as the manual was a bit of a mess. Many sentences throughout the manual were cut off half way through the sentence leaving us wondering what information we were missing. Terms were used which didn't seem like the correct term to be using. We sought out a video for how to put the unit together and all we found was a 28 second video which left out most of the details. A couple of mistakes were made putting the unit together which had to be corrected later. Details and insights on how to use and how to interpret and learn from the process of using the machine were lacking. There was a fair amount of trial and error and wasted time. I spent many hours on a single job but I did manage to complete the job. There were times when a separate camera/scope unit would have been helpful having during the process to check out potential blockages and to possibly retrieve a broken bit that fell off the cable. Cable jams occurred which might have been avoided with guidance that should be included in the manual and a video (with how to prevent and how to resolve information). With an improved manual and comprehensive video, the experience of using the Vevor drain cleaner machine would have been significantly improved. The more I used the machine and learned the ins and outs...the more effective the machine became.

Nicely built. Easy to assemble and use. Wish it had a cable guide . Had to buy and install separately. See attached image.

This thing works great. Just as good as the high dollar ones. Had zero issues with it. The automatic feed works good, and the whole machine is built pretty solid. I was Leary of the plastic drum at first but it's heavy duty plastic and shouldn't break as long as you're not chucking it down some stairs. It also reduces the weight quite a bit so it's a lot easier to cart around. If you've ever used these machines before you know how heavy they can be. This ones less than half the weight of some I've used but still solid. The cable seems to be higher grade steel so it won't rust easily and the attachments connect easily enough with a bolt. I would rather a spring loaded locking mechanism like some have but this works fine just give it about 2 ugga duggas so it doesn't come loose, but not to tight that you break something. All around it's a decent machine and gets the job done. So go ahead and save yourself a grand and get it.

This company is fantastic. Drain machine is same quality as Ridgid machine but way cheaper . I am able to expand business faster and easier
