Highly disappointed ordered over 50 boxes of flooring and had professionally installed only to find out a lot of the boxes don’t match color wise so we ended up with several different shades of flooring after investing over 6k. The other problem we have is it expands in the sun and forms ridges all across the flooring.

This company has no business sense Hi have set 7 emails waiting on a re supply of floor tiles my reply has been they will be in stock in 1 month.RUBBISH I have waited 4 months now the say it will be another 3 months till in stock. Basically they have no idea I have a garage half tiled with no idea when they will get re supplied ADVICE BUY FROM FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE WHO HAVE STOCK.

Tiles were advertised a usable in wet areas and outdoors The tiles are hard plastic and in cold weather become even harder. Being hard they become very slippery when wet in a cold environment. They are not suited for that use. They would be fine outside in warm temperatures or indoors. If you're planning on using these on a walkway in a cold wet climate you may want to rethink your purchase to something more pliable.

I ordered 8 boxes of 40 tiles (4 black & 4 grey). I received the black tiles, but never received the grey tiles. Vevor refused to send me another 4 boxes of grey tiles, even though they had them in stock, instead they decided to reimburse me. I have no use for the black tiles if I do not have the grey tiles. Now I am sitting with 160 black tiles that are of no use to me. I would never do business with Vevor again.

Very disappointed never received my package contacted customer service several times and the issue still haven’t been resolved

This item was terrible. I purchased this item to provide support and protect my newly painted garage floor from damage. After installing the item a few weeks ago, I've made several attempts to drive my car onto the mats as well as place other heavy items on them. The Mats constantly come apart and within the last 2 weeks they have caused multiple scratches on my garage floor. I've tried to troubleshoot the product but I have not been successful. I am unable to use the item for the intended purpose and I would like a refund. I've made several attempts to return the item via your site and the site is blocking my attempts post a picture of the item. I am extremely disappointed in this item and the return process.
