Good for small stuff. Not for pallets that you probably couldn’t lift

The products top does not fit tightly allowing it to easily be knocked out of place and as well the area between cover and the body of the part is where the liquid would flow along with and dabree ending up building up dirt etc . The products cover / lid is higher than the body of item making water flow incorrectly as stated above. Also it seem this company needs pictures etc in order to return due to not satisfied with products. Shouldn't have to jump through hoop to return merchandise!

Two of the four sections arrived damaged. Therefore I could not use any. I asked for 2 new sections to be shipped to me. I sent photos of the damaged goods, along with photos showing that the box had been damaged in transit. I had purchased the shipping insurance. However when I made the claim I ran into numerous emails being sent back and forth. They did not honour the shipping insurance. Nor did they want to give me a full refund. They offered to give me back $30 at first. Right! To cover a $159.00 item! I refused; they then offered $40. Again I refused, and they offered $80. Finally after telling them I was going to go through my credit card company they refunded me most of the item value back. This whole process took over 3 weeks to resolve. I have dealt with Vevor for a number of years and have never had an issue with damaged goods. Not sure if I would ever buy from them again. I felt like I was not treated as a customer.

Install is schecthy be prepared for more work then expected...simple but not easy 😕 this product will need to be concreted in\n Or it will float away, no feet on it to be secured. Undergroundand plastic is too thin to mount anything, too. You're going to need to fully concrete your unit in or it will float.... A couple mounting brackets to anchor a footing in the ground would have been very helpful.But like I said, what do you expect from China?\nSet your own risk also, you do not want to hit it very hard.Cheap chinese plastic

Homes in top grate are large. So large the trench will fill with debris. I’ve been trying to contact their customer service department to return these for almost 3 weeks. Keep getting the runaround about wanting pictures. Finally got something today. That said you can return but you’re paying all postage return shipping won’t tell me where it needs to be sent to so I can find out how much I’m totally dissatisfied. Total waste of money and unfortunately, I ordered two sets of these beware.

Bad product. Horrible customer service. Trying to return product and have 0 communication with company. There is no phone number to actually talk to a human. Had to put stop payment on credit card. Would never buy anything from this company again. Would give 0 stars if they would allow me to

Received product 10 days late from promised date. No return or refund offered. Had to buy product locally from Home Depot to finish time bound construction. Very dissatisfied with customer delivery and service!
