Works well. Easy to install. I live in 100 year old home and the existing dryer vent over 7 feet long and clogged. This is easy to clean, eliminates fire danger. I would purchase again

Julie Problem with weak spot but apart from that overall good

It's developed a crack near the mounting lip even though it has never been wall mounted. I assumed that the crack happened just from taking off the top to clean and refill which means that must be a weak spot.

Lots of hopes turned into disappointment. With all other five-star reviews I guess it's either my shipment is missing accessories or they just delete any review below four stars because this product is a complete failure. There is no way to install it properly in the window without additional sealing materials. Split pieces of plastic railing like is a joke. There is no snaps of any sort to catch the window frame. There is no seal gaskets of any sort and the gaps all sides are letting bugs and outside air get in without control. You are given just loose pieces of plastic that you have to roughly an ugly put together with the included screw and then just throw it into the partially open window. And then what? I wish I opened this package within first 30 days I would return it but now it's too late and this junk end up on a pile.
