Purchased 2 months ago and the bearing in the cutter wheel has come apart. Can’t find the parts to fix it with now it’s useless

Works better on solid wire, takes some adjusting. Burnt up a couple old drills already so might be a better idea to invest in the Stripping Machine with motor!

Jumps of track when using.

Don't work well for me may work great for others just not for me

I can not get it to work the way it is made to the wire when fed into the unit and it starts to cut the insulation the wire rolls to one side or the other side of the cutter blade and it will not cut

Comprei a máquina à cerca de 20 dias e estou completamente insatisfeito com a máquina.Ja perdi horas a afinar e nunca corta o fio corretamente.O fio elétrico sai fora das guia de corte.E enrola todo.Penso que a máquina terá defeito de fabrico,e vi que já foi descontinuada.A única solução é devolução.

The machine arrived in good time. However it was not functioning at all out of the box. Now 48 hours later, problem is under analysis for another 48 hours. Service unacceptable.

Rubbish product. Actuall cutting mechanism decent, yet small Chinese motor didn't even last 10 hours. Then trying to get a return (under 30 days as well) was like the proverbial "blood out of a stone" routine. Goodbye Vevor, I won't be back..

This product does not work. The wire consistently slips to the side of the cutting blade no matter how much pressure you put on the cable It doesn’t matter if you use the hand crank or drill attachment, you can’t get the wire to stay under the blade Save your money if your thinking about this item.

Unfortunately I was disappointed in this item. When it works properly it's awesome. But too often it only cuts the insulation in spots and not continuously. It seems to work better if you cut the wire in shorter pieces but that makes more work. Sometimes the wire seems to slip out of the blade and you have to stop the motor and pull the wire back out. I am hoping as I use it more and continue to make minor adjustments it will all get worked out.
