DaStar Doesn’t hold temperature setting
Instructions for installation were not clear, good thing I had an electrician. Now having issues with it holding the programmed temperature. Using auto, set to 90, but drops down to 86. Still trying to figure out how to stop that. Will update once that’s resolved.

Todella turhauttava laite. Toimitettiin rikkinäisellä puhaltimella ja asiakaspalvelu syyttää asiakasta ja vain selvittää asiaa, jatkunut muutaman viikon hiljaisuus eli yrittää jos unohtaisin asian. Yhdestä kuvasta asiakaspalvelu ei löytänyt edes vikaa ja sitten kun siipi hajosi lopullisesti niin lopettivat vastaamisen. Myöskin laitteen teho on vaatimaton, noin tuhat litraa vettä rupeaa jäähtymään kesäyössä. Tällä kokemuksella ja erityisesti asiakaspalvelulla on viimeinen ostos Vevorista.

Este equipo mal funcionó al recibirlo, hemos solicitado una devolución y esta compañía Vevir dificulta el contacto y no es responsiva a las necesidades del cliente en post venta. De no tener respuesta y devolver nuestro dinero de compra y activar la devolución nuestra demandaremos por vía legal.

When I ordered the product it said it would arrive june 4th. On June 8th I reached out and they had no idea where it was. Same day the updated the tracking information to show it 2 hours from my house. It was there for over a week with no updates. When I finally asked for a refund it magically was delivered the next day. Last time I purchase from them.

Charlie Waste of money
I really do not think it is adding any heat to the pool. The control panel is very clunky. I am not impressed for what we spent on this.

Tim Control panel and instructions are horrible
Control panel and instructions are horrible ive had 3 people try to figure out the control panel and set the unit but it won't heat up our pool over 79 degrees! Even yesterday when it was 97 degrees outside, the pool only reached 79.7 degrees and it was set on 94! Don't waste your money!

The heater was delivered. The flip indicator thing on the side of the box was red indicating it was flipped at one point. There is 2 visible dents in the side of the product. I’m hoping the product still functions as intended.

The 30k btu I don’t think is that accurate, as my spa is 417 gallons times 8 8.34 lbs is around 3300 which means I should be able to raise the spa appropriately 8 degrees pers hour and it is running about 4
