I've had the machine for a couple of years and use it daily. It has been working great. Even the grinder is working well (wish it had a little more adjustment), but for the value I would buy it again.

I purchased this because I saw some reviews online that claimed it was really nice, especially for the price. We have a 700 dollar Breville at work and the VEVOR unit I have is equivalent in quality and brews just as well. The only thing our Breville unit at work has is a plastic dosing funnel that keeps grounds from making a mess (if you are trying to reach that 18/19 gram double shot, this is nice to have. My wife uses this every morning, and my kids love me to make hot chocolate with the frother wand. Its a really fancy appliance. I had an issue with beans getting clogged when we first got it. I have had to the grinder apart and I appreciate how serviceable it is. The Breville at work has had the same issues, I think this is just how things go, especially when someone new is learning the ropes.

This is a great machine! The instruction manual is not worded very clearly, however, the machine functions well. For example to enter the deacaling function the manual says to press the power and single cup button together....its actually the double cup. Once you spend the tine to set up the machine it does work well. Four stars for now, as I have only had tge machine for a month and durability has not been tested. The drip tray top scatches easily, but it does not affect function at all. I have increased the timer on my machine to make a full mug of coffee on the double cup setting, and have reserved the single for espresso. Keep it clean and use good water and I don't anticipate any problems. Overall very satisfied with this machine.

Takes a little bit of work to figure it out. But makes very good espressso. Saves us tons of money from going to coffee shops

The machine offers excellent value. Instructions are pretty terrible with misleading verbiage. Investing $200 to have a native speaker translate it would reduce a ton of frustrations
