Donna BussWe no longer have hot wine glasses and actually can see the flame and the lid fits in the screen perfectly after we shut it down. We absolutely love this wind screen.
A second set of hands helps with holding up the pieces, but I was able to slide the brackets on with interlocking corners, then tightened. Works well- 2nd purchase.
This glass windscreen looks great and is very sturdy. The 19" specification is a little misleading... it doesn't fit inside a 19" square fire pit as it is about a half inch oversized. I ended up with it sitting on top of the table rather than in the depressed burner area.
