How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

This product is very good. I love that it can hold a lot of stuff and folds down flat for easy storage. It’s really wonderful I like it and it really means a lot.

The unit is light and portable. However, the wheels are not as sturdy as they should be. On the second on the street use, keeping well within the advertised weight capacity, one of the wheels slightly bent on its axis (and I cannot correct it).
