Works as advertised and is good quality. Tested on som fruit and vegetables and the result is good. Also dried up a soaked iphone at low setting. That worked real good and looks like it will survive.

Large and somewhat clumsy to place. Surprisingly quiet fan. Great capacity. Why not send silicone mats for all trays on such a large oven? Very easy to use and good results on drying chicken meat, and sausage stew with vegetables that I have made so far.

Everything is great in this machine. The quality is superb, steel all over, easy to clean, use, and maintain. Beats the competing US brand with flying colors. Also the dehydrated result is flawless. I wish they would have these in larger size for truly industrial use.
