Typical pans work great in the carrier. i like that they are stainless steel so that they keep cool when I put the ice packs in. the polycarbonate pans do not fit in the carrier very well, so these are the ones I use and then stack with the polycarbonate pans. I like the 4" pans because they allow me to put things upright instead of flat.

I purchased these pans from Vevor to keep food warm and safe in my restaurant. That exactly what I wanted and I got at a reasonable price. The shipping was fast and the items arrived in perfect shape.

Practical and money saver - perfect size for my 90cm oven & transporting. No more having to use baking paper and foil for covering. Sturdy, deep & large enough to cook in whether for a large number of people or to separate into portions then freezing / give away. Price is great for a set of 4 including lids!!! There are heavier qualities out there but you have to be prepared to pay the price difference and cope with handling the weight, which I_ no longer prepared to do. Frankly, I don_ feel there_ a need for it either. They are as promised, they haven_ warped & are easy to clean. I_e been wanting to buy a couple for a long time but hadn_ because of the price. Now I have a set of 4, with lids!!! I just love them! Thank you Vevor Au!

The pans are made with some type of non magnetic stainless steel so that’s a good thing. However the material is quite thin. I measure it at 25 gage or .0218” not the .0315” as stated in the description. I purchased the 2.5” deep pans and they seem fine but if they were any deeper I don’t know how the very thin material would stretch that much without creating problems. I’m using them as trays in a greenhouse and for that they are fine but I couldn’t recommend them for a restaurant. The edges are very thin and I think your employees would probably be at risk of getting cuts. At $45 for six it’s a great value but they are not commercial grade in my opinion.

The pans feel much lighter than some others I have used, but for the price that was not unexpected. Mine arrived with one corner which had been bent on both the lids and the pans, but the company refunded my purchase price.

Pans were a great price for what we needed them for. They are a bit on the thin side so I don't know if they would stand up to commercial kitchen type abuse for long.
