Wasn't precut as depicted in video, you still have to cut foam for your pistols ...I could have got a similar box cheaper at H.F.

I ordered a pre-cut gun case, I got the case seems sturdy but it was NOT pre-cut as I ordered, I tried to find a number to voice my concerns but none could be found. Today they asked me to leave a review so I hope this is my chance to express my concerns and disappointment. I have not ripped into the foam in hope to replace it with the pre-cut foam I ordered. Case LINER DOES NOT COME AS PICTURED. IS PRE-CUT WITH PLUGS TO PULL OUT.WHICH IS OK BUT LAYER OF FOAM NEEDS TO BE REMOVED TO ACCOMPLISH THIS FOR PISTOL FITTING. I HAD TO SPEND 3 DAYS IN CHAT TO VERIFY THIS. i DIDN,T WANT TO DISTROY . CHAT WAS NOT THAT HELPFUL

I have been a client of Vevor for years and made many purchase. On a recent purchase the item description and pictures appear to be incorrect and therefore the item does not meet my minimum needs. I requested a simple return and Vevor responded with basically what appeared to be the process for a hostage negotiation. All I requested was the return shipping label which they have refused to provide. They are also either not responding to my email requests or are delaying their responses. Additionally, they are sending me requests for reviews but then the URL shows 'not available.' I have no idea what is going on, but will apparently, I will need to dispute my charges through PayPal. Very unfortunate they have taken a simple return and made it a difficult process.

The inner liner is definately not accurately designed. Very tight in pistol slots and don't even think about leaving a trigger lick on. Mag slots are definatly pleantifull but for single stack 22lr. I had to cut mine up a lot for 9mm single and double stack mags. Its made very well but the dimensioning 8s def8natelt not for standard handgun and mag sizes.

The quality and price are good but it is not suitable for the Canadian market as Canadian Firearms Storage Requirement stipulates that restricted firearms (e.g. pistols) must have locking device installed when stored. The pre-cut lining that comes with this case doesn't really accommodate for that requirement without a lot of extra manual works by the owner.

I am waiting for you to resolve my Level missing issue before I order anything more form Vevor....I want to order more products for my business but you need to send me the missing level from the kit I bought...

You do not receive a pre-cut case. There are lines in the foam to direct you, but you have to do all the cutting yourself. And unless you're an expert, it doesn't happen very disappointed, and I got a refund because this case was completely misrepresented
