Really good product - excellent Customer Service from the Seller. slight issue encountered with Customs however the Seller reacted quickly and positively. Would definitely recommend.

Received our heat press and I was a little concerned that some of the connections don't look particularly well put together. I have tried it a few times though and to be fair for the price it actually seems pretty good and straight forward to use. The instruction manual you get with the product isn't very comprehensive but a quick look online and we found some great videos and generic manuals.

Tested t shirt and cap platens with infrared thermometer. Found the temp was not consistent across the surface area of both and did not match displayed temp. So I use thermometer to set desired temp. Have used on regular and flock htv with no problems.

Bought as a birthday gift for my daughters business. Works great, no problems.. she loves it

This heat press is easy to use and gets the job done. I mainly make shirt and bag designs, but I have also enjoyed making mugs and plates with the extra attachments. This is very high quality for the price. Hopefully it lasts for a very long time.

Works great just wish I would_e gotten 15 x 15

Have had for about a month, a bit on the small side. But does the job, settings are a bit of a pain.
