Can_ wait to use it

Been using it for a few months, getting used to the temperatures and pressures takes a while. The instruction guide wasn_ the best or correct for me. It is a good heat press and does what you need it to.It looks like it_ shipped directly from China. The plug is not a UK plug but there is an adaptor, might be perfectly safe but I_ not a fan of using adaptors, especially on something so hot. Having said that though it must pass safety regulations so I can_ mark them down on it.It_ a lot of fun and a good hobby in lockdown.

Very happy with everything about this press and the price was well worth the extra attachments you get with it. Would highly recommend.

My first time using it was very disappointing as it didn't work properly and kept heating up. I emailed customer service and in about a week they had figured out the issue and sent a new control box. It now works perfectly and I'm so happy! If you have issues just contact customer support and they'll fix it for you

Very minimal instructions. I have had to do a lot of guess and check on how to use. What instructions did come are hard to understand and I can't get the machine to work using them. It also takes a while to heat up. I haven't used it much but to trial and error and 1 order for a friend of just names on shirts.
