Used this to demo concrete ramp yesterday, worked great. Had a question on what type of oil and how much to add. Customer service reached out and was able to assist me. Fast follow-up! FYI: Unscrew sight glass and fill with 10w-40 oil. To get tips in, rotate button 180 degrees and install tip with cut-out towards button.

What are those two little items, that look like tiny springs. In the listing of contents, i can only assume they are the carbon brushes. What are they for Moreover what oil should we buy to replace the supplied bottle and where can we buy it Thanks

Bought this to break up a concrete base for a spa. The product requires a small amount of assembly which is fine and is supplied with two chisels which have proved effective in doing the job. It does not have any bells or whistles but seems very capable of doing the job it is intended for.Only small complaint is around the basic instructions which did not make it clear what oil to add before using

started with chipping out pathway section 2 foot x 3 foot. easy to use and this part took approx 8 mins to chip out
