Ik heb een week geleden karretjes besteld. 2 waarvan waren goed. 1 mist er een schroefdraad in een van de pootjes waardoor die niet in elkaar gaat. Ik probeer nu al een paar dagen contact op te nemen. Ik heb gemaild etc. En nog geen reactie gekregen. Begint erg op een scam te lijken, het is onmogelijk om contact met ze op te nemen

what a rolling plie of excrement they used plastic fittings to hold stainless legs to the frame which are not strong enough so the whole thing lacks upright stability and will fold over if you pull or push it as was it's intent so what's the point of it?

The worst company ever. I have a string of emails that have gone on for a month. I never received my item and the emails kept day my order is on the way. I asked for a refund atbleast 10 times with no success. I was told no refund was available due to the fact the item had been shipped. I just received an email stating the item was lost in delivery and a refund will be issued. This company feels like a scam.
