How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Hex92 Nice rake that was missing a key component, but I made it work.
Cordless 191.5 cm
Nice rake. I had a bunch a tree work done recently. I had tons of bits of wood everywhere. This did a great job collecting it all. It was missing the button that allows you to break the handle into 2 pieces. I didn't want to wait for a replacement so I drilled a hole through the handle and used a bolt to hold it together. So now I have to store it with the handle full length.
