Simple and good as in the product description. Well packaged and acceptable quality of components. Good communication, quality/price and fast delivery.

Positive: Good value for money. Assembly instructions were all there and once understood it was easy enough to assemble. Engraves well but to date I have failed to manage cutting 2mm wood. Customer sevice respond within 24 hours but don't always answere the question. They refer you to the manual. Alway polite and reassuring. Negative: For me, new to laser cutting, I find the software manual does not give adequate explanation to the various settings. When I look for help I am directed to the manual. The Hardware manual also needs a bit more clarity. Overall: I like the product and will persist until I master it.

Facile da montare e la parte software intuitiva.Il file per la gestione solo ti tipo .exe quindi non imposta nemmeno installarlo.La potenza del laser davvero forte.Tutto sommato qualit/prezzo eccellente

El primer laser lleg defectuoso. Me enviaron un producto nuevo y ahora si va correcto. Instrucciones v_idas s_o para el montaje del cuadro. Los cables hay que tener cuidado con las conexiones de los ejes x e y, ya que en las instrucciones no viene. Decir que el servicio de atenci_ al cliente se comport estupendamente, por eso la valoraci_ de 4 estrellas

Spedizione veloce, arrivata qualche giorno prima della data prevista, pacco curato niente di rotto, facilissimo il montaggio l'unica pecca il software se avessero equipaggiato l'incisore con un software migliore avrei messo 5 stelle

Facile di montare.Finora per incisione funziona bene.Approfitto di chiedere il produttore se voglio cambiare il modulo laser ( da 2.5w al ... 20w... 30w .. 40w ) per poter fare anche il taglio ( legno compensato spessore=5mm ) . Devo sostituire anche la scheda o qualcosa ? Consigli ?Grazie

Une pi_e _ait d_ectueuse(manque de taraudage d'un des deux trous de fixation du profil support de laser ainsi qu'un probl_e de finition de la rainure).Apr_ contact avec le fournisseur , celui-ci a r_gi rapidement car la semaine suivante je recevais une nouvelle pi_e.bon rapport qualit prix, est exactement ce qui est attendu de ce genre de mat_iel.
