Brought these as an alternative to using a gas lamp and the added worry of replacing the delicate mantles, not to mention the heat and fumes they emit, so what better way than to have these rechargeable lamps.

Great purchase, useful, economical, secure upside-down hanger for good light from above. Batteries last long time, so much better than AAs in an old lantern.

Bought as a pair ( better value) to prepare for the possibility of blackouts. It is pretty bright so best not to look at it directly. It has a hook so can be suspended from above. It should only be charged at 1A so I bought a usb plug with this rating so as not to damage the lanterns. I have no complaints so far but haven’t yet used it in a power cut and not really sure of battery life.

I like this flashlight because it isn't heavy to carry around, but it is durable. It has four light settings for what is best suited for your needs.

It's very bright and will leave marks on your retinas if you stare directly at it! Performancewise, it has three settings cool white, warm white and flashing.
