Love it, at that setting I have anyways, lifting for 15+ years in the gym, individual leg pump is important and this machine offers that Hamstring set up I didn't mess around with it to much, legs ext set up I messed around a lot to find the gym quality feeling! I use my ankle straps while using this machine for a hammy lay down curl to my plate machine by passing using the plate loaded system this machine offers, but again I never messed around using the played loaded for the hammestrings Over all,, for the price, pump, quality, move ability "important in home gym" I'd give it 8/10

Este un aparat de calitate. Are avantajul că se poate lucra individual pentru fiecare picior în parte. Se poate regla unghiul de de lucru. Eu l-am reglat pentru piciorul stâng pentru flexii la aproximativ 70-80 grade pentru că atât se poate dar sper că voi reuși să ajung la 90 grade deși este greu după operație de LIA și douăzeci de ani trecuți. Dacă l-aș fi avut atunci alta ar fi situația. Recomand cu încredere pentru cei cu probleme asemănătoare și pentru cei sănătoși. Prețul este la jumătate față de ce am văzut în altă parte.
