Todo bien. Al final la carga máxima no era la indicada pero todo se solucionó. Yo creo que se pueden llegar a cargar unos 400kg con discos de 25 estrechos. Para hacer gemelo no se puede en el modo leg press, yo lo hago con la plancha recogida y apoyando los pies en el borde de la plancha. Creo que la prensa está muy bien para el precio que pagué. La recomiendo

Aioin tehdä itse tälläisen, mutta tässähän onkin metallinhinnalla monipuolinen, suht vankka laite, jota pystyy itse muokkaamaan/parantelemaan mielensä mukaiseksi helposti. Toistaiseksi ei ole tarvetta. Alle 10v.lapsetkin tykkäävät treenata ohjatussa valvonnassa tällä. Treenit vahvistaa hyvin kehon perustusta, jos takakyykkyä ei enää siedä, niin tällä onnistuu hyvin.
