Hier, j'ai demandé une facture, le site m'a répondu qu'"elle serait disponible dans 2 heures".
Or, ce matin, je n'arrive pas à l'obtenir.
Pourriez-vous simplement, me faire parvenir par mail, LA FACTURE de cette pompe de circulation ?
Je suis très contant de cet achat tant sur le plan de la qualité de la pompe, sur son prix et sur la rapidité de la livraison. La seule ombre au tableau est le manque de simplicité pour OBTENIR LA FACTURE !
