Lo uso in pasticceria/paneteria, è ottimo prodotto, facile da usare e di buona fattura, taglia bene anche le piccole pezzature se l'impasto è adeguato. Note negative: mancanza totale di libretto di istruzioni per lo smontaggio della testata, sarebbe importante riuscire a smontarla completamente per pulirla adeguatamente; chiavi per montaggio/smontaggio di bassissima qualità, ho usato le mie. Per il resto assolutamente consigliato, rapporto qualità prezzo top. Servizio clienti di alta efficienza come sempre.
