Can't beat the price

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I did put it together which was a snap, I beefed up the legs with flat bar, just bolted them to the existing legs and made a base with 3/4" plywood to bolt the unit to. This will stabilize the extractor when spinning the frames, some may be medium and some may be small so the balance may be off a bit when spinning a combination of different frame sizes. I also made up 2 silicon gaskets cut from a silicon pie plate from the dollar store to sandwich between the inner and outer sides of the honey drain spout. these little improvements cost nothing really and I will have no surprises when I start harvesting. It's a nice unit and since I'm retired I have plenty of time to spin 3 frames at a time as apposed to 4 with my old extractor which was too big and so hard to clean.

Good value for money

I only have two hives so this suffice. It's a little narrow to put in the frames, but no big problem. I bolted it to the floor which made it much more stable than stand-alone. The only thing that could be better: Add two spare steel balls !! One way or the other, you will loose at least one. The cost next to nothing if added as spares, but relative expensive if you buy them anywhere later.

Extractor works fine but legs are a little flimsy. Unless bolted down the exterior moves around a lot.

Works well for a beginner, used twice easy to clean bit wobbley but made a wooden T bar so I can hold ut with my foot. Does not fit half sveas very well .....they go but toward end of spinning the fall diagonally, have solved this by squeezing the bottom bar in a bit to keep them more stable. Be warned this does rust easy. Inside has nit rusted but the outside has rusted . Been cleaned with cold water and left out on a warm sunny to day then put in storage both times so can see no other reason that quality....but you get what you pay for. If money isnt restricted, go for a different brand.

Needed adjustment
4 Frame Rack(2 Deep Frames)
My frames were slamming against the crank assembly so.. I had to cut about a half inch off of the shaft on the basket assembly (lowering the basket to make more room at the top). Now, it works.

Framehouder iets te smal voor spaarkast raampjes
3 Frame

4 Frame Rack(2 Deep Frames)
It is a good low end extractor. The feet on my extractor has broken off after the first use. That is easily over come. I'm just concerned with what will be next.

E in regula aparatul, in schimb daca vrei sa o returnezi pe motivul ca nu e ceea ce voiai tu atunci s-a terminat. Ai ramas cu ea pe cap...astia nu au de gand sa faca retururi.

4 Frame Rack(2 Deep Frames)
This unit will work for 2 deep frames or 4 medium frames. For a small scale operation it works okay. Assembly was easy. Pros are the price. Cons are that if you are using a screen sieve on top of a 5 gallon pail to collect the honey you will need to set it on 2x4s or the gate won’t be high enough to clear it. Not a deal breaker. Instructions suggest bolting the legs to plywood but I used it without doing it. You do not have to spin the frames fast in order to spin out the honey. A couple of minutes per side is all you need.
