Decent product overall
This pole saw works quite well for cutting high branches. As other reviewers notes, you have to rely just on gravity when using it at the maximum extension as it bends significantly (but this is expected). I really like the design since you can pull and push the branches using this saw. Cant comment on durability yet - have just used it several times .

Saw is really sharp
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Got a 24ft one, great tool to cut branches down. Pulling instead of pushing helps to control when it is fully extended.

The blade is extremely sharp!
Because the blade is so very sharp, you do not need to fight it. It is important to be careful when fully extended not to let the blade get caught when the branch or fond starts to fall as there is little room to maneuver. Do NOT pull with all your strength as the pole will separate and the locking mechanism can be lost. Instead, work the blade loose by moving the pole up and down or side to side. Used correctly, the pole functions perfectly. I made this mistake, and the company replaced the pole at no cost. This is a very trustworthy company who stands behind the quality of their product. Hence, the five star rating!

Saved us a lot of money
We have a lot of trees on our property and have used this a lot. It's a bit hard to use when fully extended but reaches branches I could never get to with my extension ladder .

It's okay for small jobs
It worked well to trim smaller branches using the pruner. I didn't find the saw stable or workable. I hated I spent more than $50 on this really.

Very useable with a minor drawback
For the most part, I have found this very useable except the angle of the blade for cutting a branch. Love the reach on this device. One drawback is the length of the pruning draw rope. It is approximately 5-6 feet long and requires personal modification to add an additional length of rope.

Super long reach and sharp blade
Longer then more expensive ones for half the price. It gets pretty flimsy at full extension as can be expected. Blade is super sharp. Handle seems cheaply made yet sturdy. Perfect for around the house jobs. Cut through 5 diameter tree branches on a horse chestnut tree no problem. I have used the professional brand ones before and this one, while not as good of quality, gives it a run for its money. Happy buy indeed.
