it is fine if you only need ten feet. as you continue to add segments ts as it exceeds 18 feet it is too heavy to maneuver

Nicht handelbar! Selbst ein morscher Ast in 5 Metern Höhe ist damit nicht zu bewältigen.

Very disappointed difficult to use extremely heavy and unmanageable at height …scissors useless… waste of time and money

Ok unit but the pruning cutter is definitely not "heavy duty". It's ok for small branches but anything more than an inch is very difficult to cut. The extensions are a good idea but they can be unwieldy as you add poles - pretty difficult to maneuver and definitely difficult to use the saw attachment. I'm neutral on the device. Ok as a backup but it needs to be more substantial to use effectively. Not sure i would buy it again

Compré el equipo y al querer devolverlo ejerciendo el derecho de retracto dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la venta, se pedían justificaciones, fotos, videos para proceder a la devolución. El derecho de retracto no necesita el envío de tanta documentación. No he podido devolverlo con el coste que para mí ha implicado.

La pertiga esta muy vien pero el serrucho que te suministran no se puede montar . las roscas no se ajustan son tan malas que ni siquiera cuencide.

Ok, once again I had to use American hardware as the cheap Chinese stuff didn't work. Tried it yesterday and I got a limb sawed off, boy am I outa shape. But I would recommend it, it's not perfect but beats getting on a ladder

Unfortunately, when extended to more than 15 feet the pole has too much sway. It was not stable enough to allow me to cut a substantial tree limb thus failing to meet my expectations.
