Alot of saw for the money! And really 2 saws in one with the hand operated saw as well as the pole saw, extra blade etc. very happy with this saw, works well cutting and/or clipping limbs with ease. Plenty of reach available, though I've only used it extended to about 12'. Blades are sharp and cut easily. Like the storage bag as well to keep things organized and in one place. Wing nuts holding thigs together are convenient, but can/did come lose during useuse so I just replaced them with locking nuts and issue was solved.

Well I took a dive from a ladder last year, so I purchased this pruner. Fantastic, high quality, and it keeps me close to the ground.

I was going to rent a boom lift from Home Depot to trim trees in the yard ,, theres alot of them and the limbs are up pretty high,, this thing did the trick for me ,, fully extended I just took my time and it brought down alot of limbs ,, gum tree limbs and hickory tree limbs,, so nuts and sticker balls,, anyway fully extended it's pretty hard to stand up and let down, but I just wedged the bottom on the tree trunk and just walked it up. It cut 5 inch limbs down up too high for a chain saw , this model is cheaper cause it has threads ,, but I used 2 pairs of channel locks to make sure the sections were snug as I assembeled it and it worked great , the boom lift is around 300$ a day so this thing saved me alot of money and I got a workout too

It came on time. The Carrying bag is perfect for the job. Easy to thread together. Stronger than I was expecting. The saw is sharp the Scissor cutter is a must., extra money well spent.

I bought the pruner to a bunch of fit and pine tree dead branches that were quite high in the tree and not an option for ladder trimming. The pole saw worked great. I'm 77 and was able to use the saw at full length and it cut easily with few issues. Pole saw issues: the pole section joints need to be tightened with channel locks or they loosen and make control of the saw very difficult. The connection of the saw to the pole is very hard to keep tight - not sure how to fix it. I had the saw fall off once but luckily it missed me. The scissors and rope are hard to use as they tend to get tangled in the branches due to the big swing that the cutter lever needs. Overall I love the trimmer pruner and would buy it again and certainly I recommend it.

This product surprised me. The saw is awesome. Cuts branches, and even small trees with ease. Strong connection between the segments is a plus. Only tried the saw, and I’m skeptical to the cutterpart. Reckon this will be tested in the spring. Recommended product.
