I’ve used a lot of tools on the farm, and this 27‑foot pole saw has honestly impressed me more than I expected. At this length, you usually trade stability for reach — but not here. The sections lock together solidly, the pole stays rigid even when fully extended, and the saw head cuts clean without wobble. I was able to reach branches I normally would’ve needed a ladder for, and doing it from the ground made the whole job safer and faster. The blade is sharp, bites into the wood easily, and doesn’t bind if you let it do the work. For high limbs, storm cleanup, or general tree maintenance, this thing is a game‑changer. I received the VEVOR Manual Pole Saw on Jan 7, 2025, but as I was away I was not able to check it over and inspect it. Today (Jan 26) I pulled it out of the packing box and proceeded to open the packaging. The zipper pull on the storage bag broke as I was opening, it making the bag useless. The pole saw itself, appears to be very well constructed and I am looking forward to using it when the weather warms up. I contacted Customer Service first thing this morning to see if there was any way to get the bag replaced or repaired and included a photo of the broken zipper pull. Within 1/2 hour I had received an email, apologizing for the inconvenience and advised that I would be given a full refund, to my original payment method (PayPal) and told that I didn’t have to return the item. I am extremely pleased to say that the refund came through about 6 hours later to my credit card via PayPal! I am very pleased with VEVOR, and their customer service, and I will have no worries when placing orders in the future! Thank you VEVOR!!

Surprise en ouvrant le carton : le sac de transport est fournie, la qualité est au rendez vous, c'est du costaud ! la lame de scie...à ne pas mettre entre toutes les mains !, ça doit couper franchement ! en plus, il y a une en échange ! Je pense, par contre, que l'ensemble doit être relativement lourd mais on ne peut pas avoir de la qualité avec des matériaux légers. Je vais tester bientôt l'élagueur en pensant fortement être satisfait. Comme on indique sur certains sites....je recommande++++++++

Alot of saw for the money! And really 2 saws in one with the hand operated saw as well as the pole saw, extra blade etc. very happy with this saw, works well cutting and/or clipping limbs with ease. Plenty of reach available, though I've only used it extended to about 12'. Blades are sharp and cut easily. Like the storage bag as well to keep things organized and in one place. Wing nuts holding thigs together are convenient, but can/did come lose during useuse so I just replaced them with locking nuts and issue was solved.

Well I took a dive from a ladder last year, so I purchased this pruner. Fantastic, high quality, and it keeps me close to the ground.

I was going to rent a boom lift from Home Depot to trim trees in the yard ,, theres alot of them and the limbs are up pretty high,, this thing did the trick for me ,, fully extended I just took my time and it brought down alot of limbs ,, gum tree limbs and hickory tree limbs,, so nuts and sticker balls,, anyway fully extended it's pretty hard to stand up and let down, but I just wedged the bottom on the tree trunk and just walked it up. It cut 5 inch limbs down up too high for a chain saw , this model is cheaper cause it has threads ,, but I used 2 pairs of channel locks to make sure the sections were snug as I assembeled it and it worked great , the boom lift is around 300$ a day so this thing saved me alot of money and I got a workout too
