Very surprised and disappointed at lack of quality check of unit before packing and shipping. Unit came partially assembled, Black plastic handle was already attached to metal handle arm which should attach to main body. Main body comes with a black metal D-shaft section (drive flat section) so as to attach the handle arm securely. The handle arm does not come with a corresponding D shaped hole in the arm,this would have improved its build quality. When trying to attach the handle arm to the shaft, it was noticed that the threaded pilot hole for the M8*12 hexagon screw (item 6 page 5) was not in the correct position on the arm. The M8 threaded hole appears to have been incorrectly installed at the wrong end of the handle arm next to the black plastic cylindrical handle. This has made the unit inoperable unless, we drill and tap the handle arm ourselves or replace the handle arm with an arm incorporating a D-shaft slot and M8 threaded locking screw hole. When you purchase a piece of equipment, we would normally expect to be able to use it fairly quickly once bolted and screwed together. In this situation, unit is unusable until handle issues are resolved.

This product worked out of the box then within about 1 minutes started making a grinding sound in the gears. Contacted customer support which is a absolute nightmare of a process and extremely time consuming! Took approximately 2 weeks of back and forth emails with days of zero reply or care from Vevor. The END RESULT WAS A $95.00 DOLLAR CREDIT BACK ON A NON WORKING MACHINE THAT RAN LESS THEN 1 MINUTES WITH VIDEO AND SOUND PROOF THAT IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY! So on a $209.00 dollar machine that Vevor says was not in working in order from the beging Their answer was give less then half back to the customer. So purchase at your own risk and be ready for them to do nothing if its not in working order when it gets to you.

Waardeloze machine! Massieve koper kabels draait ie om het tandwiel heen, of schieten de motor in. Dunne normale koper kabels schieten steeds onder het mes weg! Mijn schoonzoon heeft de duurdere versie en die is vele malen beter! Die doet zijn werk l. Deze machine bezorgd he alleen maar extra werk! Motor word kokend heet na 5 minuten aan staan Ik raad deze machine zeer zeker af!!!

Ich habe etliche Kilometer Kabel aufgetrennt mit dem Gerät. Irgendwann ist allerdings der Antrieb für den Akkuschrauber in der Welle abgerissen. Schade. Auch ist das zentrieren der Kabel ab und an nervig. Auch gleiten diese öfter mal neben das Schneidrad. Das ist nervig. Aber dennoch ist es im großen und Ganzen gut und ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Le fil en dessous de 6 mm carré est trop contraignant à dénuder donc pas rentable, il se déroule à côté de la lame, il faudra que je bricole pour que le fil soit guidé au plus près de la découpe. Pour le réglage, peut être remplacer les vis allen par des molettes. Sinon machine qualitative sur les matériaux et sa conception. RAS la dessus. Envoie rapide et soigné.
