Sent me a defective unit! Won't issue refund!!!
Unit never worked properly. Would make a chattering noise before even inserting wire. Worked for a couple of minutes and then totally died/went quiet. Vevor wants to send me a motor and have me try to replace it. That would be like Toyota giving me a compressor if my AC went out in a brand new car. It sucks because I've bought like 4 other items from them and was planning on buying more but not if they can't even be trusted to stand behind their products. Run away from Vevor!!!

Overcharged me for the wrong unit
The sent me the unit I canceled and charged me more for the unit I didn't get. I sent a complaint and they didn't get back to me. I should have paid 317.41 but they charged me 332.27. And still no refund for the difference

Compré una máquina de pelar cables en la PÁGINA OFICIAL VEVOR estando rebajada de precio en black friday. Pero no llego a casa con el perjuicio de falta de trabajo que me produjo. Cuando me lo solucionaron en lugar de mandarme otra urgente me abonaron mi dinero y me dijeron que la volviera a comprar pero con el precio de ese momento que era más caro. Y encima la persona que estaba en el chat fue desagradable y me dejó en espera de manera infinita. Al final me hicieron una pequeña compensación económica que por supuesto no llegaba a la diferencia de precio pero después de perder mi tiempo y poner varias reclamaciones. Compré la misma máquina por Amazon con ellos nunca hay problemas. Lo siento pero experiencia MUY NEGATIVA.

Deze kan geen 30cm koperdraad strippen zonder dat de draad ernaast loopt. Helaas krijg je niet exact dezelfde als getoond. De machine op de foto is namelijk wél goed. De machine op de foto is veel degelijker, groter snijwiel, loopwiel heeft een fijnere vertanding, stelbout met knop is m12 ipv m10.

This thing will not stripper no wire. I am very disappointed with it. I think that the larger one would maybe work but the motor on this one is not strong enough. When it will feed the wire through it won't cut through.
