This unit came to me completely damaged...I tried to fix it my self but unit is trash

Bonjour j'ai investi dans cet machine pensent gagner du temps mais très dessus car la machine denud très mal les câble en 1.5 et 2.5 malgré plusieurs réglages et essaie fait obligé de les faire passer plusieurs fois dans la machine pour avoir un fil partiellement dénudé ou même pas des fois .pour les gaines ça fonctionne. Je vais plus vite avec un cuteur je pense renvoyer la machine très dessus

Didn’t unpack item from box for a while but when I did the black plastic knob was cracked making hard to adjust the height. At which now it was too late to return. Regardless of this knob being cracked the V angle where the wire feeds and runs through does not hold the wire in place for a proper cut of the sheathing. I know some may say user error but I tried a number of times with the same result, resulting me to just use a sharp blade to remove the sheathing. Some may have luck with this product but I don’t think I would purchase another.

This is without doubt the worst tool I have ever purchased it will not carry out the function for which it was intended as the cable simply rides off the cutting wheel. I have requested return of the item for full refund on 3 occasion's over the past month and simply been fobbed off. The customer service worse than the product they make new hurdle's each time you respond. in all honesty I can not recommend either the product or the Company to anyone! If it were possible to issue a minus rating I certainly would do so.

Product is great, Vevor's customer service sucks.

Inutile de casse rapide ne sert a rien il c'est casser trez rapidement ne dénudé pas tout les câbles

Bonjour ,pour pouvoir faire une évaluation, encore faudrait il que je reçoive ma commande , hors elle n est jamais arrivée,et il a fallu que je passe des heures a envoyer des messages pour savoir que mon colis avait été perdu et encore des messages et des traductions pour heureusement me faire rembourser et j hésite vraiment a repasser une commande !!!

Rather disappointed in the stripper. Removed from box read instructions and put to work. Didn’t work the best. Motor started to make a weird noise so I shut down. Got to looking at it and motor was missing bolts for mount. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend. Would almost want a refund. Ended up finding the missing bolt in box the other bolt is there just on an angle. Have photos but can’t figure out how to up load.
