We can definitely recommend this meat slicer. It’s quiet, does the job great and the price was very reasonable.

We was looking at meat slicer for domestic use and came across this product with an exceptional price so we couldn't resist. We are now getting value for money. It is now providing us with better quality meat for our antipasti, salads and sandwiches instead of buying expensive packets of meats with less quantity. It is like having out deli counter at home. We would highly recommend this product.

Love this for slicing meats to make jerky and more

It's a bit heavy and will really get the job done. Won't have to worry if this machine will tear up the meat or cheese. It won't. Supermarket cuts as thin as you can (I semi Freeze my meat for added stiffness when cutting.

Used this now for slicing cured sausages and am very happy with the results - easy slice and feed with very clean cuts. The machine was a replacement for a home-kitchen slicer that was not up to the job - this may be halfway house to a full size commercial slicer but is brilliant and light years ahead of my previous machine.

Diese Aufschnittmaschine erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen. Lieferung war auch gut, Verpackung sicher und angemessen. Die Maschine schneidet wie der Teufel und das hauchdünn. Bei weicherer Salami muss ich noch üben, um ein sehr dünnes aber gleichmäßiges Ergebnis hin zu bekommen. Knoblauchspeck ging super.Leider scheint das Messer einen Höhenschlag zu haben. Dies hört man durch ein ungleichmäßiges Geräusch des Messers im Lauf (auch ohne Schnittgut davor) und merkt es auch im Schnittergebnis ein wenig.Laut Internet ist dies allerdings kein Einzelfall und durchaus auch bei anderen Herstellern von Gastrogeräten mehr als häufig so. Daher gibt es auch fast die ganze Punktzahl in der Bewertung.Was noch zu verbessern wäre ist die Länge des Handgriffs des Restehalters. Dieser ist doch recht kurz geraten, und bei kleineren Reststücken ist es wenig entspannt von der Körperhaltung. Das aber ist jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.Fazit: Für die nicht mal 300€ die ich bezahlt habe eine Aufschnittmaschine mit 300er Messer, da kann man nicht meckern. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Marvellous machine! I have had several 'smaller' slicers, which gave up after a minimum of two years domestic use. I should have purchased this one ten years ago, it would have saved me money.So easy to adjust the thickness of the slice and it maintains this setting. It is a very sturdily constructed machine, hence its weight. It is much more quiet than my previous slicers. Very easy to clean. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend.
