Robin terrible carry case...
I bought this set of sockets/ plus... and while the tools themselves are pretty good, the CASE they are in is pathetic !!! The plastic hinges broke the first week of use, and now I can't keep the tools from falling out if it's not lifted flat every time you use them.. They really need to do a better case to put these in. Now I avoid taking them out of the shop completely.

I want to start off saying I am a fan of Vevor and have purchased a great deal of various products including tools! I am happy with almost everything i have bought, with this kit being an exception...
I bought this kit several months ago. I have been very dissatisfied not with the quality of the tools, but the lack of sizes of tools that are commonly used not being jncluded. The Harbor freight 301 piece set hands down a far more complete kit verses this 450 piece. I am a mechanic by trade and carry a tool kit in my truck. I get frustrated not having common size sockets that would normally be included in a tool kit.
I give this kit 2 stars rather than 1 star because the tools that are in this kit are quality, just not satisfied with the lack of selection.

Erin Barnett Tools kit
Bought for my teenage son. Good intro set for the tools. My biggest complaint though is the box. Made with a really cheap latch and can not carry one handed it breaks open and all the tools fall out. Maybe I got a lemon??
I wish it were able to be more accessible if it were i would rate it a ten.. is there a replacement box?

Tool box latches broke off the first day I got it. Tools seem fine, tool box sucks.

The socket set arrived severely damaged, with parts that are broken or unusable. Due to its condition, I cannot safely or properly use the product, and it does not meet the expected quality.I would like to be compensated for the damaged item because it is not usable for its intended purpose. I would like to be compensated for this.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VEVOR. IT IS A CHINA COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ITEM DOES NOT WORK WITH THE TOOL SET THEY SOLD ME. I ASKED TO RETURN IT, AND GET IDIOTIC EMAIL REPLIES THAT GO IN CIRCLES. THEY DO ANYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO NOT HONOR THEIR SCAM REFUND POLICY.
BUY FROM HARBOR FREIGHT.....A US-BASED HONEST COMPANY.
TRY CALLING THEM...NUMBERS ARE ALL DISCONNECTED.
